Shen Yeqing's gaze paused on the product page, then amusement spread through his eyes, filling them with dazzling flecks of light in an instant.
"I want it."
He gazed at her with gentle focus, a clear smile on his lips. "If Teacher Xie is buying it for me, I want it."
"Really?"
Xie Mi met his gaze and grinned. "Then I'll buy it for you. Send me your address. I'll order it now."
Outside Shen Yeqing's room was a small sitting area with a balcony. As Xie Mi spoke, she walked over to a wicker chair on the balcony and sat down, waiting for him to send his address.
"Quack, quack-"
A WeChat message soon arrived.
Xie Mi opened it and was about to copy the address when she noticed something was off.
"I asked for your home address. Why did you send me over a dozen?"
"These are the addresses where I regularly stay in different cities. Teacher Xie can send it to whichever one she likes."
The corners of Shen Yeqing's lips lifted slightly. He sat beside her and leisurely toweled his still-damp hair.
A faint, fresh scent from his shower drifted through the air. Xie Mi swallowed with difficulty.
For the first time, she had a tangible sense of Shen Yeqing's wealth.
This guy was seriously loaded.
If she'd known, when she traveled back into the past, she should've made little Shen Yeqing swear to give her twenty million when he grew up to repay her for saving his life.
What a miscalculation.
"Then what do these numbers mean?"
Xie Mi pointed at the string of numbers beneath each address.
"The door codes," Shen Yeqing answered with complete ease, as though this were perfectly ordinary.
The live chat, meanwhile, had already gone wild over the ship.
