"Hehe, they've performed very well in the trials of human nature." Evil and Goodness exchanged a glance, both smiling.
Life fell silent inwardly.
From the look of things, those two would most likely inherit the God King seats of Goodness and Destruction.
The Divine Realm was, in fact, a very stifling place with a rigid hierarchy.
If the inheritance you received belonged to a Second-Level God, then you would remain a Second-Level God for the rest of your life. That ceiling locked you firmly in place. Even cultivating longer would only make you stronger than other Second-Level Gods.
You still could not compare with a First-Level God... Of course, certain beings with cheats or other mighty powers were exceptions.
Inheriting a God King's seat, however, practically meant standing at the summit of the entire Divine Realm from the outset. Even with little experience, you were certainly not someone the more senior First-Level Gods could push around.
