In other words, Yanbai's brother-in-law was Madara Uchiha from another timeline!
Remembering the indescribable emotion in Yanbai's eyes whenever he looked at him, Madara Uchiha felt deeply conflicted.

"Exactly." Yanbai covered his mouth and chuckled.
"That's why I said you might as well just kill me," Madara Uchiha murmured.
"Don't get too hung up on the 'gift.' The worlds have different rules, so you might not be able to obtain it." With a quiet chuckle, Yanbai raised his wineglass and continued drinking.
Just as Yanbai finished speaking, Minato Namikaze suddenly appeared in the courtyard. He looked anxiously at Yanbai and said, "Teacher, Kushina's about to give birth."
Yanbai's eyes widened, and he sprang to his feet. "Quick, take me there."
Madara Uchiha stood up as well, only for Yanbai to turn toward him. "Are you coming too, Madara?"
"Yes." Madara Uchiha did not want to stay home alone.
Yanbai smiled. "Then thank you for waiting outside the delivery room, Madara."
With that, Yanbai reached out and rested a hand on Madara Uchiha's shoulder. He waved to the anxious Minato Namikaze, then used the Flying Thunder God Technique to arrive at Konoha Hospital's obstetrics department.
After getting Madara Uchiha settled, Yanbai verified his identity with the nurses at the entrance, then strode into
