The three had just arrived at Pokémon Home.
Jiang Xiaoyu came in right after them with Jigglypuff.
She was still a little uneasy. No matter how she looked at Jigglypuff, it hardly seemed like a tough fighter.
"Qin Feng, why do I still feel so unsure?"
Winning or losing was secondary. If Jigglypuff got hurt like Butterfree had, Jiang Xiaoyu figured her heart would break.

It could release incredibly powerful magnetic force and high-voltage electricity, even raising the temperature within a one-kilometer radius by two degrees.
Qin Feng had only told Jiang Xiaoyu that because he was afraid she would overthink things.
After all, Jigglypuff was a special case. It wouldn't even give its opponent a chance to attack.
While the two were talking, Ye Chen came in with his Magnemite.
Qin Feng led them both to the Battle Room.
"Let me explain the battle rules first. Once the system announces a winner, neither Pokémon is allowed to keep attacking."
"Also, injuries are inevitable in Pokémon battles. They're part of what Pokémon have to go through to evolve, learn moves, and become stronger."
Before Qin Feng could finish, Ye Chen impatiently cut him off.
"Enough. Quit babbling like you know so much."
"If I want to know anything, I can ask the pretty owner outside myself. What are you running your mouth for?"
Hearing Ye Chen talk like that made Wang Lin and Deng Jialiang grit their teeth.
"This guy is really asking for a beating. Once I get a Pokémon, I'm going to teach him a proper lesson," Deng Jialiang said.
"Exactly. We'll have to beat him up twice every three days," Wang Lin said.
Qin Feng didn't take it too seriously. He turned to the nervous Jiang Xiaoyu and asked:
"Xiaoyu, are you ready?"
Jiang Xiaoyu looked down at Jigglypuff in her arms and said earnestly:
"If you can't beat it, don't push yourself. We can surrender if we have to. Whatever you do, don't get hurt, understand?"
Jigglypuff rubbed its big head back and forth against Jiang Xiaoyu.

Jigglypuff and Magneton took their places on the field.
The screen in the Battle Room began displaying a countdown.
3 2 1 Begin!
Holding a microphone, Jigglypuff blinked its big eyes at Magneton.
"Magneton, Thunderbolt!"
Ye Chen immediately gave his Pokémon an order.
Qin Feng's brow furrowed slightly.
Clearly, Ye Chen had come prepared.
At the very least, someone had coached him, and he had participated in battles before.
The magnets on Magneton's three heads instantly lit up yellow.
A moment later, a yellow arc of high-voltage electricity shot toward Jigglypuff.
Jigglypuff froze in place and looked at Jiang Xiaoyu.
Then it looked at the electric arc.
When Jiang Xiaoyu still didn't give an order,
it instinctively hopped backward, dodging Magneton's first attack.
Qin Feng gently nudged the tense Jiang Xiaoyu with his elbow. "Tell it to sing."
Only then did Jiang Xiaoyu snap out of her daze.
By then, however, Ye Chen had already issued his second command.
"Magneton, attack with full magnetic force!"
In an instant, Magneton's three heads made a full rotation.
Waves of magnetic force rippled outward like water.
Since the attack struck indiscriminately, Jigglypuff had nowhere to dodge.
It endured the magnetic attack head-on, its expression contorted with discomfort.
"Jigglypuff, Sing!"
Jiang Xiaoyu shouted.
Jigglypuff glanced back at Jiang Xiaoyu.
With difficulty, it raised the microphone to its mouth.
Then it began to sing.
The instant Magneton's three heads heard the sound, they visibly went blank.
Its magnetic force also began to weaken.
Because they were on Pokémon Home's battle arena,
Jigglypuff's song had no hypnotic effect on Qin Feng and the others outside the field.
Had they been outside, everyone would have been snoring by now, without exception.
As Magneton's magnetic force weakened and it slowly descended from the air,
Ye Chen's smug expression turned furious.
"Magnemite, wake the hell up!"
But it was no use.
Free of the magnetic force, Jigglypuff could sing without any interference.
Its song grew louder and sweeter.
Before long, all three of Magneton's heads were snoring.

Jiang Xiaoyu immediately ran down and scooped up Jigglypuff, affectionately rubbing her cheek against its head.
"Jigglypuff, are you okay?"
"Wei, wei!"
Ye Chen recalled Magneton into its Poké Ball and stormed off.
Changpu was wearing a JK outfit today: a sailor-style uniform with a plaid pleated skirt.
White stockings covered her slender, straight legs, with little black leather shoes on her feet.
Her sleek, straight black hair flowed down, complementing her pretty, adorable face.
The sight was almost too much to handle.
Jiang Xiaoyu rolled her eyes at Qin Feng. "You and your weird tastes!"
It was Wang Lin and Deng Jialiang's first time seeing Changpu, and they nearly drooled all over the floor.
"Does she have a boyfriend?" Wang Lin asked.
"So what if she does? Haven't you heard? If you work hard enough, you can steal anyone's girl."
"Who cares whether she has a boyfriend? I like her, so I'll just go for it!" Deng Jialiang said.
Qin Feng was speechless.
"Uh, I'd advise you two to give up on that idea. She might be more than you can handle!"
Wang Lin and Deng Jialiang immediately protested.
"Feng, you've already got our school beauty Jiang Xiaoyu and the gorgeous Bai Xiyue. Isn't that enough?"
"You're going to compete with us for her too? You're such a bastard!"
Wang Lin said indignantly.
Beside them, Jiang Xiaoyu's pretty face flushed bright red.
She lifted her foot and kicked at Wang Lin.
"Shut up! Qin Feng and I are classmates, and I'm his customer. Stop making things up!"
Deng Jialiang laughed. "If you're just classmates and business acquaintances, why are you blushing? Hahaha!"
