After passing through the doorway torn open in the Memory Zone, Stelle's consciousness sank into darkness.
She had no idea how much time passed. When her consciousness gradually cleared and she opened her eyes, the first thing she saw was a delicate oval face.
After a brief moment of thought, Stelle recognized the face. This mysterious woman dressed in purple was the one she had encountered in the Memory Zone. At the same time, out of the corner of her eye, Stelle noticed her surroundings: the ceiling belonged to a guest room. She could also hear the gentle sloshing of some liquid beside her ears. She seemed to have returned to the real world, to her own guest room.
"You're awake, sleepyhead. Looks like you had a good dream," Black Swan said as she looked at Stelle. "Well? Did you dream of me?"
Stelle frowned and stood up in the Dream Pool. "Am I back in reality?"
Black Swan nodded. "Yes. Welcome back to reality-The Reverie-the place you know best, and the safest place for you."
The mysterious lady narrowed her eyes slightly as she observed Stelle, then said with certainty a moment later, "I'm glad your mental state is still fairly normal, unaffected by that primal Dreamscape. You were lucky."
Although Miss Black Swan's words contained plenty of things worth noting, such as the primal Dreamscape and reality being the safest place, Stelle simply ignored them.
"What about Firefly? We went through that door together... Did she return to the real world too?"
The Stellaron Gremlin Baby went straight to asking about someone else's safety.
Miss Black Swan seemed unsurprised by Stelle's question. She chuckled.
"Hehe, you care a great deal about that girl. Understandably so. Even in the face of 'Death,' she did everything she could to protect
