To everyone in this layer of the Dreamscape, the Beauty trio's arrival had been far too sudden, and their entrance far too peculiar.
There was nothing to be done about it, though, because this was not Argenti's fault.
When Argenti piloted The Uncanny Valley toward this layer of the Dreamscape with Yaoyorozu Kami and Tir Anders aboard, the Total Quadrant Zeroing incident happened to be unfolding here. The Observer's Eye's gaze inevitably affected the paths between dreams, leaving Argenti with no choice but to crash.
Come to think of it, both of Argenti's crashes had been closely connected to Jiang Yu. This time, the Observer's Eye's interference spoke for itself. The previous time, Idrila had guided him to Jarilo-VI, where Jiang Yu was, only for him to crash under the Stellaron's influence.
Back to the present: an ordinary crash would have been one thing, but afterward, the three Knights had started talking among themselves as though no one else existed. Their various actions and mannerisms hardly made them look like normal people.
Of course, that was just how the Knights were. These were people who would save your life and then demand some baffling repayment like, "Cry out that Idrila, the Goddess of Beauty, is unmatched in her beauty!"
For the Astral Express Crew, however, the Knights' behavior was not so bad, mainly because they were already used to it. With Jiang Yu aboard-a child currently regarded as Beauty's present incarnation, and quite possibly actually her incarnation-the Astral Express inevitably had frequent dealings with the Knights.
So, once Argenti and the others stepped out of the ship, March 7th, Stelle, and Jiang Yu were already greeting them. As for Dan Heng, he was rather quiet, so he merely gave a slight nod in acknowledgment.
