The third heaven!
Black clouds pressed overhead, churning as a new wave of lightning lit the sky. The Thunder Law cascaded down like waterfalls, vast and endless.
"This is killing me, killing me..." Lin Fan cried, feeling a little dizzy.
There was simply too much. Lightning actually appeared as waterfalls, hundreds upon thousands of them surging out of the void, like countless celestial rivers crashing into him.
In a single instant, the impact made him bleed from all seven orifices, while blazing electrical arcs burst from his body. Even hard divine gold would have shattered under it.
Everyone could not help wondering whether this left anyone a path to survival.

At that moment, Lin Fan let out a long roar. Standing beneath the waterfalls, he had no retreat. His Precious Arts circulated furiously, pushed to their limits as he fought with all his strength.
Even so, his hair hung loose and blood sprayed everywhere. Great swathes of his body were charred black by electricity, and his battle robe was long gone, burned and flaking away. He was in a miserable state.
But he did not dare put on the Heavenly Cicada Garment. A Precious Artifact like that would draw an even greater lightning tribulation, one so terrifying that he truly would have no way to withstand it.
"Charge through! I don't have to endure each layer and wait for it to disappear on its own!"
Lin Fan muttered to himself. His unique cave heaven opened, and he unleashed his Innate Divine Art to empower himself. With Immunity to All Techniques, he charged skyward, leaping past obstacle after obstacle.
In an instant, he passed several trials in succession and reached the fifth heaven, sweeping through like a blade splitting bamboo. Even the injuries he suffered along the way had healed.
