Jun Moxiao and Shi Hao met the Ancient Double-Pupil Woman, who was treating Shi Yi, and discussed the coming Desolate Region Calamity and the sacred medicine needed to save him. After leaving her, Jun Moxiao received a powerful formation diagram from the system and learned his rewards would diminish as he advanced toward the Upper Realm.
Jun Moxiao and Shi Hao discovered the Imperial Butterfly and told the Ancient Double-Pupil Woman about the coming Desolate Region Calamity. Jun Moxiao recruited her into his future faction and gave her the Two Principles Heavenly Art before he and Shi Hao departed.
Jun Moxiao returned to Stone Village with Shi Hao and their companions after winning the Ancient Double-Pupil Woman over to their side. As Stone Village celebrated their gains, Jun Moxiao told the Willow Deity about the alliance and learned she had reached the True Immortal threshold.
Jun Moxiao told Willow Deity about the Shi Clan inheritance and the empress he had encountered in the River of Time, whose paper-boat projection gave Willow Deity a trace of Dao resonance. Willow Deity broke through to True Immortal, and they discussed saving the Red-Clothed Fairy and facing the coming Desolate Region Calamity while avoiding her enemies.
Jun Moxiao and his companions discussed the Desolate Region Calamity and learned that Baldy knew how to activate a teleportation formation to the Upper Realm. Willow Deity temporarily raised Baldy to Venerable so he could help rebuild it, leaving the group preparing to travel to Heavenly God Mountain.
Willow Deity brought Jun Moxiao’s group to Heavenly God Mountain, where Shi Hao and Kong Qiuji confronted the Celestial Clan over Yun Xi and Kong Qiuji’s return. When the Golden Peng Tribe’s Jin Yun challenged Shi Hao for Yun Xi, Shi Hao defeated him in a few exchanges.
Kong Qiuji reunited with Yun Menglan and began gathering divine materials to repair the Celestial Clan’s teleportation formation. As Shi Hao beat Jin Yun Sea after the old Venerable threatened him, the Willow Deity warned Jun Moxiao that Upper Realm giants were peering into the lower realm and urged them to return to the Desolate Region.
Jun Moxiao and Shi Hao prepared for the coming Great Calamity after repairing Heavenly God Mountain’s Teleportation Formation and learning that Upper Realm Giants had noticed it. As Shi Hao set out to protect the kingdoms and Stone Village, Jun Moxiao planned to recruit the resurrected Female Kun Peng, while an edict from Immortal Mountain raised the danger of Shi Hao being targeted for his Supreme Bone.
Jun Moxiao resurrected Kun Peng, restored her body and weapon, and recruited her to his planned Free and Unfettered Pavilion. The group prepared to face the Desolate Region Calamity, while Kun Peng learned her son was imprisoned beneath Immortal Mountain.
Shi Hao returned to Stone Village as Jun Moxiao prepared for the Great Calamity, and they discussed the defenses and allies they had arranged. The Upper Realm’s invasion began when a rift opened above the Desolate Region, leaving Jun Moxiao and Shi Hao to rush toward the kingdoms as chaos spread.
Jun Moxiao stopped the Upper Realm giants’ calamity, seized their three magical artifacts, and turned two of the invaders into divine rain for the Desolate Region. Shi Hao and several others advanced through the blessing, while Jun Moxiao returned safely to Stone Village and revealed the Haotian Pagoda to the Willow Deity and Female Kun Peng.
After Jun Moxiao rested in Stone Village, Shi Hao defended the Fire and Stone Kingdoms from invading forces that had assumed the Great Calamity left them vulnerable. Shi Hao defeated Demon Spirit Lake and the Rain Clan in the Stone Kingdom, while Jun Moxiao remained in reserve.
Shi Hao declined the Stone Emperor’s offer to rule and recommended his younger brother, then set out with Huo Ling’er, Yun Xi, the Witch, and Qingyi for Immortal Mountain. In Stone Village, Jun Moxiao learned about the God-Demon Battlefield and its power against darkness, while Upper Realm leaders prepared another descent to seize treasures in the lower realm.
Jun Moxiao revealed that he had comprehended Word-Following Law, demonstrated its control over Shi Hao and the girls, and reunited the Little Pagoda and Reincarnation Disk with their missing sections. An edict summoned Shi Hao to meet Immortal Mountain in the Stone Kingdom, and Jun Moxiao planned for the group to go rescue Kunpeng Son.
Shi Hao traveled toward Immortal Mountain to reunite with his parents, while Jun Moxiao and his companions reached the Border Transfer Station and met several Upper Realm prodigies. Jun Moxiao accepted their invitation aboard their ship, leaving the group to continue toward Immortal Mountain together.
Jun Moxiao and Shi Hao entered Immortal Mountain, where Shi Hao discovered that the Qin Clan had attacked his grandfather and fought their elders. After killing Qin Fa and recognizing Qin Hao as his younger brother, Shi Hao forced Qin Zhan to lead him to his parents.
Shi Hao and Jun Moxiao stormed Immortal Mountain to rescue Shi Hao’s parents, defeating its elders and killing Qin Zhan and Qin Wu. As they prepared to answer the Willow Deity’s call to rescue the Kunpeng Son, the Little Pagoda revealed that Five Elements Mountain was the next opponent.
Jun Moxiao and Female Kun Peng freed Kunpeng Son from Five Elements Mountain, and Kunpeng Son recovered and defeated the projections sent to stop him. After Jun Moxiao spirited Five Elements Mountain away and reunited Kunpeng Son with his mother, the group prepared to return, while Jun Moxiao gained the Immortal Trapping Sword.
Shi Hao rescued his parents from God's Valley and reunited with them after more than a decade apart. He learned that Qin Hao was being groomed as part of Immortal Mountain’s Supreme Nirvana Plan, but Qin Hao resisted leaving with his family for Stone Village.
Shi Hao reunited with his parents and introduced them to the Willow Deity and the women close to him. Back in Stone Village, Jun Moxiao reassured the Willow Deity about his safety, gave her and the Witch Death-Substitution Talismans, and offered to show them his newly created world.
Jun Moxiao toured the Free and Unfettered True World with Willow Deity and Witch, developed it with divine treasures, and learned its limits and future potential. After Willow Deity shared her visions and discussed Jun Moxiao’s past with Witch, the story returned to Stone Village, where Five Elements Mountain agreed to protect Shi Hao for a thousand years.
Jun Moxiao introduced Five Elements Mountain as Shi Hao’s new protector and urged Shi Hao to reach the Supreme realm before fifty. In the Primordial Treasure Realm, Willow Deity destroyed the projections of the Upper Realm Giants while Jun Moxiao and the others joined forces with familiar young cultivators to seek opportunities.
Willow Deity and the Kun Peng mother and son searched the edges of the chaos for opportunities while Jun Moxiao's group crossed a sea aboard Qingyi's treasure ship. They defeated an attack by ghost ships and skeleton soldiers, then continued onward.
After the mist cleared, Jun Moxiao took World Mountain into his Free and Unfettered True World while Shi Hao gained strength from Earthfire Spirit Liquid. At the Ancient Chaos Palace, Shi Hao and his companions fought the powerful native cultivators, with Jun Moxiao’s music weakening their enemies and Shi Hao’s reincarnation power killing a Divine Fire Realm opponent.
Jun Moxiao and Shi Hao led their companions through the Primordial Treasure Realm, where their group defeated powerful foes and escaped the Ancient Chaos Palace as the Sun Ancient Tree vanished. After returning to Stone Village, Jun Moxiao revealed that he had obtained the World Mountain, drawing astonishment from his companions.
