• Sakyamuni comprehended his own tathagata golden body beneath the withered-and-flourishing Bodhi Tree and proclaimed the Forty-Eight Vows.

• Qin Tian expelled his acquired experiences from his innate true spirit and saw Heavenly Venerable Lingbao within the primordial chaos.

Qin Tian independently attained Legend, producing the rare manifestations Purple Qi Comes from the East, Stars Shining Like a Sea, and an Other Shore sign that hastened the ancient gods’ return. When Dingguang came to kill Meng Qi for the Dao Yi Seal, an Other Shore Yuanshi Tianzun erased him, and Meng Qi revealed to Guang Chengzi that he had already attained the Dao.

• Qin Tian broke through the Legend Gate with the power of his Innate Undying True Spirit and manifested Purple Qi Comes from the East and Stars Shining Like a Sea.
• Qin Tian’s attainment triggered the return of ancient immortals and Buddhas, while he regretted that few people understood the spectacle.
• Qin Tian recognized that Dingguang was heading to Meng Qi’s lodging to seize the Dao Yi Seal for Buddha Dipankara.
• Dingguang tried to kill Meng Qi, but an Other Shore Yuanshi Tianzun appeared and erased him across the myriad heavens.
• Meng Qi mistook Dingguang’s disappearance for a ghost being dispelled by his righteous qi, then met Guang Chengzi.

Yuanshi Tianzun Meng Qi met Qin Tian outside time and asked him to bear the Haotian cause and effect as part of Meng Qi’s path to emptiness. Meng Qi gave Qin Tian the restored Haotian Mirror and warned that the Other Shore would soon notice his interference and descend.

• Meng Qi appeared before Qin Tian while the world and River of Time stood still, then explained that he had traveled back to conceal Qin Tian’s past from the Other Shore.
• Meng Qi asked Qin Tian to become the product of his subtraction to seek emptiness, explaining that the cause and effect he carried still blocked his progress.
• Qin Tian agreed to help but demanded compensation for his incarnation’s role in bearing Haotian Shangdi’s cause and effect.
• Meng Qi assembled the fragments of the Haotian Mirror and gave it to Qin Tian, explaining that it contained Haotian cause and effect and a sealed Haotian Dao Fruit.
• Meng Qi warned Qin Tian that changes to the past would eventually draw the attention of those on the Other Shore, who would soon descend.

Qin Tian accepted the Haotian Mirror and began inheriting Haotian Shangdi’s karma, but Fengxi’s historical imprint killed him during his first attempt. Back in the Shrouding the Heavens universe, he used the recovered scriptures to develop his Immortal Emperor system before deciding to advance the Three Realms to Quasi-Immortal Emperor level.

• Qin Tian accepted the Haotian Mirror and entered its inner world to merge with Haotian Shangdi’s historical imprints and karma.
• While tracing the Demon Buddha’s past, Qin Tian fled from Fengxi, who pierced him with her spear and sent his spirit back through the Reincarnation Seal.
• Qin Tian recovered scriptures including the Tathagata Divine Palm, the Haotian Emperor Scripture, and the Heaven-Severing Seven Swords, despite being wounded by Fengxi’s attack.
