With the blessing of the gray fog, Klein's divination abilities far surpassed those of ordinary Beyonders.
Using Daisy's vocabulary book, he soon identified the gang boss Capim as his target.
After capturing one of Capim's lackeys, Klein was surprised to discover that some kind of mystical restriction had been placed on the man. If he tried to reveal any core secrets related to the abductions, his superiors would immediately notice.
Fortunately, he soon came up with an ingenious solution. Using the special properties of the gray fog and the status of the Black Emperor card, he created a false spirit body double and successfully transferred the restriction from his captive to it.
Through this, he learned a great deal about Capim's criminal gang.
But the results were beyond his expectations-
The force behind Capim was terrifyingly powerful. There was a good chance he had official backing!
His villa not only contained large quantities of weapons strictly controlled by the military, but also housed several powerful Beyonders.
Among them, a Beyonder called "Mr. Harras" was the strongest. He was at least Sequence 6, and might even be Sequence 5.
Including the other guards, there were at least four Beyonders in Capim's villa! This was definitely not a force an ordinary gang could afford to employ.
What enraged Klein even more was that the abducted young children were treated as "gifts" and used to entertain the so-called "guests"!
If those children refused to obey or showed even the slightest negligence, the villa's servants and maids would punish them cruelly.
These servants witnessed one vile scene after another without showing the slightest sympathy. Instead, they competed to demonstrate their "competence," hoping to win their masters' praise.
It could be said that everyone in that villa, apart from the pitiful victims, was a perpetrator.
