Horamick Haydn was the Church of Steam and Machinery's head of the Backlund Diocese, an Archbishop, and an honorary professor in Backlund University's physics department.
At that moment, he was looking at the painting that had been tossed in front of him. His gaze lingered for a few seconds before he looked up and asked:
"Where did this come from?"
"Bansy Harbor!" Radar answered. "The Cultists held a sacrificial ritual in Bansy Harbor and triggered a mutation. The headless man in the painting was one of the monsters produced by that ritual!"
"How did you discover this painting?" Horamick continued.
"On the morning of the incident, this painting was posted at the church entrance." Radar calmed down a little as they exchanged questions and answers. "The painting itself had been treated to prevent divination. We couldn't find its owner."
"In that case, why are you certain the painting came from Neph Dumbledore?" Bishop Horamick calmly countered.

He paused without saying the name, but Horamick knew whom he meant. He merely glanced at Radar and said with a smile:
"Radar, you need evidence to make accusations.
"None of us knows where that girl has gone. Perhaps she wasn't even in Bansy Harbor when this happened. Perhaps this painting was simply the mastermind of the ritual seeking a thrill.
"You cannot wrongfully accuse someone who has done nothing wrong."
Radar gave Horamick a long look and said coldly, "I'll find the evidence."
