Klein helped Sharron steal back the mummy the next day. Neph saw everything in Ais's memories. While the Rose School and the military were fighting, Klein had Sharron approach with Azik's Copper Whistle, drawing the mummy over.

Ais was responsible for fleeing with the mummy afterward. Although the enormous uproar did not make the military and the Rose School cooperate, both sides temporarily abandoned their fight to concentrate on recovering the mummy.

Klein, Sharron, and Maric bought Ais five precious minutes. Most of the credit belonged to Reinette Tinekerr. Judging by Sharron's unruffled expression and Klein's momentary shock, Sharron must have called her over.

As for the mummy's current location-

Sitting inside the Pure White Space, Neph lifted her leg and kicked the mummy on the floor, then casually sent Klein a message. "Have you finished running yet? It looks like you're safe now. Hurry up and find somewhere to take this thing off my hands."
