Through the Kamui Dimension, Obito watched the Fourth Kazekage as he sealed Shukaku.
The Fourth Kazekage had not noticed the threat behind him at all. His struggle with Shukaku demanded his full attention, and the sealing had reached a critical stage.
The nearby Sealing Squad ninja saw the hand reaching toward the Kazekage, but it was too late to warn him.
Just as Obito was about to succeed, Oto leaped high into the air, swinging Samehada at the back of his head.
Feeling the rush of air behind him, Obito's expression changed. He turned intangible to evade the blow, retreated several steps, and landed on the Golden Pyramid's apex, unleashing Kamui on the Fourth Kazekage.
Under Kamui's interference, the Fourth Kazekage's arm rapidly twisted. Had Oto not intervened in time, he would likely have been dragged into the Kamui Dimension.
Obito glared at Oto in displeasure. This was not the first time she had ambushed him.
Her appearance also meant that Shisui Uchiha and Zou Hyuga were nearby. He had already experienced Shisui's dojutsu firsthand, and it was a powerful counter to his Kamui.
Still, even though he had failed to finish off the Fourth Kazekage, he had achieved his goal: interrupting Shukaku's sealing.
Having narrowly escaped Obito's grasp, the Fourth Kazekage gasped for breath. While caught in that dojutsu, he had been unable to move, let alone fight back.
After recovering, the Fourth Kazekage turned toward Oto and said, "Thank you!"
Oto hurriedly said, "Lord Kazekage, he's the Masked Man from the Akatsuki. He possesses a space-time dojutsu and was responsible for the Nine-Tails' Rampage. We in Konoha suffered greatly because of him."
The Fourth Kazekage furrowed his brow and looked at Obito ahead. If they could not stop him here, Shukaku would rampage through Sunagakure.
