The students behind Ruri chattered among themselves, and several girls joined in.

"Ruri Hyuga is not only handsome, he's so strong, too! I want to have his babies!"

"Why should it be you? I want to have his babies, too! Who do you think you are?"

The girls at the back nearly came to blows, but fortunately, Reika Hyuga went over to stop them.

Once things quieted down behind him, Ruri slowly spun the Ruowu around his finger twice, then sent it flying.

Even Asuma Sarutobi, a highly skilled ninja, caught only a faint afterimage of the Ruowu after Ruri released it.

The wooden target shattered when Ruri's Ruowu struck it, but the weapon showed no sign of stopping. It kept flying until it embedded itself in the wall behind the target.

"Th-this... how is this possible?!"

Asuma Sarutobi stammered in astonishment. If that Ruowu had been thrown at him, even he might not have reacted quickly enough to dodge it.

During the previous ninja tool throwing test, Ruri had not been anywhere near this powerful. This time, both his strength and speed had improved enormously. Asuma Sarutobi could not even put it into words and stared at Ruri Hyuga as though he were a monster.

"Wow, Ruri is really amazing! Did you see that, Linghua?" Momokusa Harukawa asked Linghua from behind Ruri.

"Oh, that? I'm not telling you. How about coming over to my house so I can teach you myself? I guarantee I'll get your ninja tool throwing just as polished as mine!" Ruri said to Harukawa with a cheeky grin.

"No way! If you won't tell me, forget it. I'll practice hard on my own. I believe I'll surpass you someday!" Harukawa's cheeks flushed again at his words, but she still argued back.

"Hey, Ruri, how can you be so shameless? You're teasing our little Harukawa right in front of everyone!" Hyuga Lianhua, who was standing nearby, could no longer bear to watch.

Ruri gave an awkward chuckle. "What, do you want to come, too?"

Fuming, Reika Hyuga refused to say another word to Ruri. She pulled Baicao Qingchun along toward a practice station.

The students of Class Five spent the afternoon practicing the methods and techniques for throwing the Ruowu. Before long, Asuma Sarutobi announced that class was over.

After saying goodbye to the other students, Ruri, Harukawa, and Linghua each headed home.
