After hearing Uchiha Itachi's words, Ruri turned to him and said with a smile, "Kid, I have to say, your comprehension is remarkable too. It took me a long time to understand that statement back then, but I never expected you to grasp its mysteries in such a short time! Haha, just what I'd expect from the Uchiha Clan's genius!"
Upon hearing Ruri's words, Uchiha Itachi immediately grew modest, then cupped his hands toward Ruri and said with a smile, "You flatter me, you flatter me!"
Ruri burst out laughing when he heard Uchiha Itachi's words. He hadn't expected Uchiha Itachi to answer him that way.
"I didn't expect those three Shadow Clones of mine to hold out for so long, and they've killed so many enemies, too. I really did underestimate them at first!" Just then, Ruri turned to look at the Shadow Clone currently fighting the enemies and spoke with a smile.
Hearing Ruri's words, Uchiha Itachi nodded slightly and said, "To be honest, I didn't think they could hold them off for very long at first, either! But it turns out we were both wrong. They aren't weak at all-in fact, they're very powerful. They've already killed all but six of the enemies on the battlefield!"
"Brothers, don't lose heart! There's only one of him left now. This one must be the real one. Everyone, attack together! We have to kill him as quickly as possible. Those two Shadow Clones just killed most of our teammates. We have to avenge them!" Just then, one of the enemy ninja shouted to his nearby teammates.
