After hearing what Momokusa Harukawa had just said, Ruri nodded with a smile. Then he turned his gaze to the vendor making takoyaki.
"I never thought takoyaki wasn't made by rolling octopus into little balls and frying them in oil. Looks like I had a bit of a misunderstanding about takoyaki." After watching the vendor making takoyaki for a while longer, Ruri shook his head with a smile and spoke quietly.
After hearing what Ruri had just said, Momokusa Harukawa smiled and said to him, "Of course, Ruri. Takoyaki isn't octopus rolled into little balls. There's just a little bit of octopus added to the batter, but even so, it really is delicious."
After hearing what Momokusa Harukawa had just said, Ruri nodded with a smile.
At that moment, the takoyaki vendor was quickly preparing two servings for Ruri and Momokusa Harukawa.
"Wow, this is my first time eating anything like this. I wonder what it tastes like. Will it taste like little octopuses?" Seeing how practiced the takoyaki vendor's movements were, Ruri spoke with a smile.
"Don't worry, Ruri. I'm sure that once you've tried takoyaki today, you'll keep thinking back to its flavor," Momokusa Harukawa said to him with a smile after hearing his words.
After hearing what Momokusa Harukawa had just said, Ruri nodded with a smile. Then the two of them waited quietly there for about three or four minutes.
"Sorry to keep you waiting a little long. Here's the takoyaki for you two. Please blow on it before eating. It's very hot right now." After finishing the takoyaki, the vendor handed it to Ruri and Momokusa Harukawa. As he did, he spoke to them with a smile.
"Thank you."

After accepting the takoyaki, Ruri and Momokusa Harukawa each thanked him with a smile.
