Naturally, he couldn't appear in person. What if some powerful Universe Master, or even a Universe Strongest, seized him outright?
It was better to wait until all the peak races arrived and have them state their terms together.
Once he settled the terms through his soul slave, he could appear in person. These peak races still cared about their reputation. Once they agreed on the terms and he joined their alliance, that would settle it.
Who would attack their own ally? Their alliances also contained plenty of powerhouses from other races. It simply wouldn't happen.
