With Giant Axe spending most of his time exploring the Universe Ocean, the Chaos City Lord handles most of humanity’s affairs. His administrative responsibilities and exceptional combat strength lead Yang Hao to regard him as humanity’s most indispensable Universe Master 20 42.

He is a disciple of the Original Ancestor and the senior fellow disciple of the Lord of Darkness. Before humanity’s later expansion, his standing within the race is second only to Giant Axe Founder, excluding the suppressed Original Ancestor 93 94.

After receiving the divine power path inheritance from Yang Hao, he becomes one of humanity’s most promising researchers. He is later surprised to see Qian Wu returning to contribute captured Supreme Treasures; Qian Wu ultimately repays his debts and purchases the borrowed spear 3 7 8.

He continues supporting Qian Wu’s development, assisting with Huiyun’s training arrangements and welcoming the prospect of another human Universe Overlord. After reviewing footage of Venerable Xi Jiao’s defeat, he formally recognizes Qian Wu’s Universe Overlord standing and offers him another post. Qian Wu elects to remain a Universe Country Lord 17 20.

Zhenren Stone Formation Key Trade

The Chaos City Lord identifies Yang Hao’s key as the final piece of the seven-key set. Rather than attempt to seize the Northern Border Alliance’s keys, he plans to sell humanity’s two keys after the alliance acquires the Machine Race’s key, making humanity the sole holder of the remaining pieces 22.

He personally retrieves Yang Hao’s key with an avatar. The eventual sale brings humanity two high-tier Domain-type Supreme Treasures, with Yang Hao receiving the Ten Thousand Skies Sea for his contribution. Capture of the Lord of Ashen Soul

When Yang Hao proposes countering the Machine Race Alliance’s treasure hunt with an ambush, the Chaos City Lord accepts the plan’s logic but warns that failure could cost Yang Hao his exceptional gene multiplier even after resurrection 37.

Welcoming New Allies and a New Universe Master

After Yang Hao and Lord Liang Zhu kill the Lord of Desolation, the Northern Border Alliance threatens to hunt Liang Zhu in the Universe Ocean. The Chaos City Lord welcomes Liang Zhu’s decision to join the Hongmeng Alliance and personally takes him to the Initial Universe for discussions and treasure grants 78.

When Yang Hao becomes a Universe Master, the Chaos City Lord introduces him as the fifth master of the Virtual Universe Company and the seventeenth of humanity. During the company’s gathering, Yang Hao reveals his extraordinary clones and demonstrates the Cosmic Sea Avatar’s ability to replenish others’ divine power, block attacks, and transfer strength. Peng Gong fights the Salamander Whale avatar while the Chaos City Lord engages Lord Yunmeng. He unleashes his miniature-universe attacks without holding back against the Zerg expert, progressively overwhelming her palace defenses and destroying some of her Zerg Warriors 111.
