The overly friendly Oricorio soon came up to Eevee and reached out a wing to pat its little head.
Eevee was left utterly bewildered.
I just made friends with an Oricorio earlier, but didn't that one sound different?
And that powerful lightning strike just now seemed to suggest this Pokémon was really strong...
But Eevee soon gave up thinking about it.
It could tell that the kindness this Oricorio showed it was genuine.

After exchanging friendly cries, the two considered themselves acquainted.
Floating in midair in complete defiance of physics, Oricorio smiled until its eyes narrowed into crescents. It covered its mouth with a wing and let out a cute giggle, then circled Eevee several times.

Eevee could tell it was asking why it had come here.

Oricorio gave a puzzled cry and scratched its head with a wing.

Oricorio stretched out a wing and pointed confidently in a direction not far away.

Looking in the direction it pointed, Eevee thought that seemed to be where Skarmory had fled earlier.
This oddly friendly new friend seems a little unreliable!
Still, there didn't seem to be any other leads. Eevee could only follow Oricorio for now and see whether there really was treasure at the place it had mentioned.
