On the last day of February, a video Qingyu suddenly released shot straight to the top of Poké TV's trending list again.
Compared with "Arceus Genesis," his second educational video, this time about Mew, was every bit as popular, if not more so. It took the entire internet by storm overnight.
The reason was simple-
With "Genesis," Qingyu himself had said there was no way to verify its authenticity, so viewers should just enjoy it as a story.
Although scholars from various regions later worked together and confirmed that all the Legendary Pokémon mentioned in his video really existed, proving how creation had happened was clearly an impossible task.
Unless they could find Arceus, the creator deity, in person, there was simply no way to substantiate the contents of that video.
As such, treating it as pure mythology was already the best approach.
That was what Teacher Yu had hinted at, anyway.
But this educational video about Mew took an entirely different approach...
Teacher Yu had brought the mysterious Mythical Pokémon directly into the video. Not only did Mew star in it, it even showed off its signature Transform tricks several times!
Only one word remained in the viewers' minds-
Authoritative. Absolutely authoritative!
Even Professor Oak could only fill in the gaps about Mew based on a handful of discoveries. The Pokédex didn't even have a photo of Mew.
But Teacher Yu? He had brought Mew itself over. Who would dare question him now?
He was even more badass than Professor Oak!
Even Professor Oak himself appeared in the comments for this video, offering high praise for Qingyu's introduction.
Of course, he was already a regular beneath Teacher Yu's videos, so plenty of viewers had long since gotten used to it.
