End-of-month recap + monthly ticket rewards
TL;DR: I'll work hard in September to pay off all the chapters I owe. One extra chapter for every 400 monthly tickets!
I wrote 200,000 Chinese characters this month, about the same as last month. I did slack off a little, admittedly, but there were quite a few reasons for that -.-
For one thing, my sleep schedule has gotten pretty nocturnal lately. I've been trying to fix it, so I haven't been in great shape;
For another, I've pretty much finished writing the plot I planned out last month, so I need to plan again and lay the groundwork for what comes next.
Some readers might feel the last few days have been a little padded, but I've actually been keeping the word count as tight as I can. That's why I haven't been able to get the update volume up.
Still, those problems are mostly sorted out now. Next month, I'll try to get back into form, post more, and pay off what I owe.
I paid off 13 chapters this month, but I've received 4,800 monthly tickets so far. After paying off last month's debt, I somehow ended up owing another 24 chapters instead. I'm not sure whether I should be happy about that ()

The monthly ticket rewards will continue in September, but since I already owe quite a lot, next month I'll keep the baseline at 6,000 Chinese characters a day for now and change the reward to one extra chapter per 400 monthly tickets. Otherwise, I feel like this snowball will keep rolling into next year ()
