The woman came back to herself at Xia You's question, then smiled.
Her smile was natural and polished, with the composure of someone accustomed to such occasions.
"Of course I recognize you," she said, as though it went without saying. "But this isn't the place to talk. Could we step aside?"
Indeed, just as she said, they were standing at the entrance, and every audience member passing them instinctively glanced their way. It really wasn't a place for conversation.
Being recognized wasn't much of an issue for Xia You.
After all, his face was fairly well known by now. People often recognized him at Pokémon Centers and elsewhere, and most of those fans admired his strength. Even when they met him, they generally only wanted a photo or an autograph.
But the woman before him certainly couldn't be one of his fans.
