By the time the match ended and Xia You walked out of the Battle Arena, he ran straight into Ash and the others, who had arrived late.
Misty was still talking endlessly beside his ear, describing the excited expressions she had seen on the spectators in the stands. Just as she was getting carried away, she noticed Xia You suddenly stop. Startled, she looked up and saw Ash and the others hurrying over.
"Huh?" Seeing that Xia You had already left the Battle Arena, Ash looked disappointed. "Your match is already over? What a shame. We rushed over to watch, but we still got here too late!"
Not only Ash, but even Masamune and Tetsuya beside him could not help feeling disappointed.
After all, they already regarded Xia You as a difficult opponent and had wanted to scout him out. Despite hurrying as fast as they could, they had still missed it.
