Kaim returned the training equipment to its place and wiped the sweat from his forehead. He had not been lifting it to train, but even for someone as well-conditioned as him, polishing so much equipment was no easy task.

A voice came from behind him after he took a deep breath. When he turned around, a cheerful girl with pink hair stood there.
"Oh, Sumo. You're still here?"
"Yes."
The girl's name was Sumo. She was the original Gym Leader of Tobari Gym and had just returned from the Galar Region a few days earlier.
"Really."
"What are you doing?"
"Oh, just doing a little cleaning."
"Cleaning?"
"Yeah."
Kaim abruptly stopped talking and looked around at the training grounds and equipment, now gleaming after being cleaned.
"This place looked after me. For two whole years."
"I see. Today is your last day, Mr. Kaim."
