Outside the dorm, Chu Xin lay on the grass, unconcerned about the dirt, slowly leafing through a stack of neatly organized documents. Luo Luo had compiled all of them about Zeraora.
Zeraora resembled a cat that walked upright. They had blue paw pads and blue or black lightning-like markings across their body, with the blue mostly concentrated on their upper body. Their fur was primarily yellow and black. The fur on their calves, lower body, upper arms, and face was thinner and darker, while elsewhere it was thicker and more yellow.
They also had a zigzagging black stripe on each thigh and two on each forearm. A small tuft of pale blue fur grew on their chest, with a longer tuft on their forehead. Each cheek sported a blue, lightning-shaped whisker. A long, ponytail-like mass of fur extended from between their shoulders.
Zeraora had large ears with black interiors and blue eyes. Their forepaws had four clawed fingers and pale blue pads, while their hind paws had only three clawed toes.
Zeraora could run at speeds rivaling lightning, closing in on enemies as swiftly as a lightning strike. As they raced past, thunder and lightning filled the air around them. They discharged electricity from the pads on their paws, electrifying their claws and shredding opponents with their sharp talons.
