Assessment:
Exeggutor was a very tall Pokémon that looked much like a coconut or pineapple tree with legs. Its legs and body resembled a tree trunk. Its legs were thick, with two toes on each foot and pale yellow pads underneath. Leaves sprouted from the top of its body. Exeggutor had three to six round, pale yellow heads that resembled coconuts. Like Exeggcute, each head had a different expression. Alolan Exeggutor looked rather like a giraffe, but it had a fourth head on its tail that controlled the tail independently. Unlike its other heads, this one was pale green and dealt with enemies behind it that its upper heads could not attack.
Exeggutor was known as a walking tropical rainforest. Each of its fruits had a face and a separate consciousness, seemingly with little interest in anything beyond itself. Its three heads each thought about different things. If they wanted to move in different directions, its body became unable to move. Despite their separate thoughts, the three heads got along well, communicating through Telepathy to decide what to do together, and apparently never argued. Because each head thought about whatever it pleased, Exeggutor's cries were extremely noisy. It fought off enemies with psychic power. Each of its three heads released Confusion separately, tripling the move's power. It became sluggish when the weather turned cloudy. Exeggutor born in southern lands were said to develop ever larger heads under prolonged, intense sunlight, eventually growing new ones. On very rare occasions, a head reportedly fell to the ground, became an Exeggcute, and began moving around, sending out special telepathic signals to find companions.
