Mega Blaziken

Ability Speed Boost Role Mega, Knock Off resistance, setup, Baton Pass, wallbreaker, high speed, Knock Off Assessment Further and further down the road to the banlist...

Blaziken had white plumage on its head and a V-shaped crest. Its eyes were blue. It also had bandage-wrapped claws and powerful legs. Every few years, it burned away its old feathers to grow a fresh, brightly colored coat. Female Blaziken had smaller head feathers. Mega Blaziken's head feathers stood upright, and its two horns became one. The shape of its plumage also changed: its previously yellow markings turned black and took on the shape of flames, while four long streamers of fire extended from its arms.

Blaziken excelled at Fighting-type punches and kicks. In battle, it shot searing flames from its wrists and bravely faced its opponent. The stronger the opponent, the hotter its flames burned. Once the flames from its wrists enveloped its fists, its punches could burn an opponent to charcoal. Its powerful waist and legs also let it leap effortlessly over a thirty-story building.

Mega Blaziken's prized flying kicks became even stronger. When it used them repeatedly, friction with the air set its feet ablaze. As its internal temperature rose, its power and speed increased even further.

Blaziken was already ridiculously broken, yet it received a Mega Evolution as early as XY and even kept Speed Boost. Talk about a favored child. Other non-Mega Pokémon could actually reach its 100 Speed and 160 Attack: Slaking and Regigigas. Those two probably had a few choice curses to offer about that. Unlike other fast, hard-hitting Pokémon, Blaziken didn't need a Speed-boosting nature. With built-in Speed boosts, it could fully maximize its Attack instead. How strong was fully maximized base 160 Attack? Just think of another High Jump Kick
