"Hahahaha! Come on, Rocks!"
"Let me see just how strong the World's Strongest really is-or whether you're all talk!"
Hearing Rocks's words, Roger drew Ace from his waist and pointed it at him.
"Hahahaha! Interesting, Roger. If you're willing to join the Rocks Pirates, I guarantee you can become a Division Commander right away."
"If you can convince Newgate and the others, you could even be vice-captain. You'd answer only to me, with everyone else beneath you. Together, we'll wipe out those Celestial Dragons and take a seat on the throne of the King of the World!"
Rocks looked at Roger with appreciation in his eyes. He drew his own sword and met Roger's gaze.
They completely ignored Saturn and the others nearby. But with Whitebeard, Rayleigh, and the others watching him warily, Saturn could only bottle up his anger.
Who could have imagined that pirates would grow so powerful in just a few short years? The Rocks Pirates and the Roger Pirates alone had put him in such a humiliating position.
Once he returned, he would have to put the Celestial Dragons in Mary Geoise through some serious training. Their strength was far too feeble now. Surely they couldn't rely solely on a celestial dragon that could only fire a few shots.
Or were they supposed to rely on the Navy? Who would have the final say over the seas then-the World Government or the Navy?
With the rise of Sengoku and the other two, the Navy remained firmly under the World Government's control, but there were already many places where people knew only of the Navy, not the World Government.
For now, Saturn had no intention of strengthening the Navy too much further.
With Saturn standing aside without interfering, Roger and Rocks began fighting without any reservations.
