With Lind's full support, the Oran Empire's Intelligence Department weathered immense pressure and waged an intelligence war against the World Government's Cipher Pol for several months.
It inflicted tremendous damage. Not only did the World Government's intelligence operations suffer a devastating blow, but many of its other plans and operations were also severely affected.
