"Mm."
Talia nodded silently.
After so many of their comrades had been killed, how could they willingly obey the killer's orders? But it was just as he had said.
The weak had no right to choose!
"We have to get stronger!"
Several days later.
The Calm Belt, Hoenn Fortress.
"It's the Groudon!"
"The supreme commander is back!"
"Open the gates!"
At the sight of the Groudon, the two Giant guards immediately pulled the wheel. As the mechanism began turning, the gates to the fortress's inner harbor opened.
The warriors lined up to welcome them.
The ferocious military presence left the soldiers following Good afraid to even breathe, especially when they passed the Giants.
They were smaller than the Giants' feet.
After a month away, the fortress had undergone many more changes, especially in terms of greenery. The laborers had planted quite a few trees.
There was also a weather device.
As though to welcome Good, an announcement rang out through the fortress: "Attention, all units. Heavy rain is expected over the next three hours, with force-four southerly winds!"
"..."
Good looked up at the sky.
Rain clouds soon gathered overhead, and the wind picked up.
Whoosh!
Rain poured down.
"Ohhh, it's really raining!"
The soldiers in the fortress ran into the center of the plaza, as excited as children. This was the first rain since the fortress had been built.
"It works pretty well."
Good looked toward the top of the fortress, where a special weather device stood. It looked like a large chimney, constantly spewing clouds and mist upward.
A weather controller developed by Vegapunk.
It worked remarkably well in the Calm Belt.
Had he known it would work this well, he would have had Stussy get more cutting-edge technology, preferably enough to replicate Egghead.
*Huh, that's a good
