The arc ended with Good recruiting former Cipher Pol 9 agents and returning to Hoenn Fortress, where Yamato and Hancock greeted him.

• Shanks and Whitebeard discussed the new era, while Good prepared the Beasts Pirates for the coming war and set out to deal with Blackbeard.
• Good bought property on Sabaody, confronted the Supernovas, struck Shalria, and brought Sanji to the Beasts Pirates’ base after Reiju rescued him.
• Buggy led a prison break from Impel Down as Good sailed toward Marineford, where the Whitebeard Pirates and Marines began fighting over Ace’s execution.

Good expanded Hoenn’s influence through diplomacy, trade, and political pressure, then challenged the World Government over its tolls at Reverse Mountain. After the resulting war brought the Five Elders and Revolutionary Army into the battle, Good sank Reverse Mountain and left the seas connected by a new strait.

• Good recruited Kuzan as Hoenn’s Fleet Admiral and presented Hoenn as a government built around elections, equal treatment, and opposition to the World Government.
• Good sought ties with Alabasta, fought Aramaki, and used the Admiral’s tree-planting to transform Aruba into a trade port before Cobra agreed to a long-term deal with the Groudon Company.
• Good expanded Hoenn’s trade and territory as the Five Elders imposed escalating tariffs at Reverse Mountain, prompting Hoenn to challenge the toll station.
• Good’s speech against the tolls was broadcast worldwide, but Saint Nusjuro ordered the fleet to fire on the gathered reporters and Kuzan’s forces entered the battle.
• Good fought Aramaki and Fujitora as Hoenn and Marine forces clashed, while Smoker disrupted the broadcast and Saint Nusjuro arrived to attack Good.
• Good fought Saint Nusjuro and the other Five Elders, using the Red Line’s natural energy to turn the battlefield into magma and unleash Omega: Ultimate Eruption.

Good built alliances and expanded Hoenn’s influence while Cross Guild clashed with the Marines and their new weapons. At Lulusia, Good fought the Holy Knights, but Imu intervened, forcing Good and the Revolutionary Army commanders to face a new threat together.

• Good discovered that the new sea passage was the All Blue Strait, then returned to Wano and learned Guji had divined the location of the Nine-Tailed Fox Fruit.
• Good met Shiki on Onigashima, negotiated a ten-billion-Beli annual lease for Hachinosu, and fought Kaido alongside Yamato until Kaido conceded their strength.
• Good arranged a trade fair at Hachinosu, where Shiki captured Luo, Koby, Marines, and Koya Kingdom nobles, but Koby and Luo worked to rescue the prisoners.
• Good used the prisoners and Koby’s choices to pressure the Marines, while Doll resigned to join Hoenn and Zephyr, Smoker, and Tashigi left the Navy.
• Good helped establish Cross Guild with Crocodile and Luo, then sent Hancock and Jinbe to join it as the World Government summoned the remaining Shichibukai.
