The enormous island ahead was called Dawn Island, home to the Goa Kingdom and Foosha Village...
That was right. They had come all the way from Shells Town and were almost at Foosha Village, where the pirate story began, yet they still had not come across a village called Shimotsuki Village. Heaven knew what remote corner of the East Blue Zoro had gotten lost in to end up there.
Oh well. Although he would not get to meet Zoro and Koshiro, meeting Luffy and Ace first would be pretty nice too.
Before that, though, he still had to reveal the Goa Kingdom on his map.
The Goa Kingdom certainly lived up to its reputation as "the most beautiful country in the East Blue," one that even the Celestial Dragons had made a special trip to visit. Not only were its streets spotless, but its public amenities were also among the few in the East Blue that could rival those on Mirapalle Island.
Of course, that only applied to the central area of the Goa Kingdom. Even Central Street, where commoners lived, ranked among the best living environments in the East Blue, to say nothing of High Town, where the nobles lived. Without the Press Pass Morgans had given him, Xie Wen would not even have been allowed inside.
As for the Royal Palace district, which only royalty could enter, although Xie Wen was not qualified to go inside, he could still glimpse some of it from outside. The facilities were difficult to compare, but in terms of sheer extravagance, Mirapalle Island came nowhere close.
Terminal Town on the outskirts was rather more dilapidated and chaotic, but even there, hardly any garbage
