Dudu was ambushed by Marines and CP Agents while Xie Wen was away, but she fought back and her ship’s Guardians emerged to defend her. The chapter ended as a large Guardian fired at Vice Admiral Doberman and the other attackers boarded.

• Dudu watched the golden pool from her mast and comforted herself by playing with Jean while the performance remained out of sight.
• Marines encircled Dudu’s ship and fired chained grappling hooks, then sent submarines underwater to help capture it.

Doberman, Onigumo, Mashute, and the CP Agents fought the Dudu’s Guardians and Zonau Gundam, but Metal Tiger Jean joined the battle and helped overwhelm the Government force. Mashute realized most of their troops had fallen and warned that they needed to find a way to escape.

• Doberman charged the Large Guardian but was blasted back by its ion cannon, while the Zonau Gundam kept a CP0 agent occupied.
• Onigumo joined Doberman against the Large Guardian, and two masked CP Agents assisted the agent fighting the Zonau Gundam.
• Metal Tiger Jean burst from the cabin in a metal storm, sweeping Marines and CP Agents into her spinning body.
• Doberman and Mashute attacked Jean, but she dodged their blows and wounded them with her claws.
• Mashute recognized that Jean resembled an object given Zoan powers, and he and Doberman saw that most of their subordinates had been defeated.

Guernica’s forces failed to break through the Guardians’ defenses, and Meowrah, Ai Haibara Meow, and Hua Mei Meow brought the attackers down after Xie Wen killed Saint Ebibbla. Xie Wen killed Saint Sest and nearly shot Saint Best, but Gild Tesoro intervened; Xie Wen then turned toward the stage as Meow Susanoo exploded.

• Guernica grew anxious as his forces failed to get past the Guardians and learned that Saint Ebibbla had been killed.
• Guernica and the CP Agents abandoned their defensive tactics and attacked Xie Wen, while Ai Haibara Meow joined the fight.

Xie Wen learned that Dudu and the cats had repelled the World Government agents who tried to seize her, then left Gran Tesoro with his companions. After dealing with Touma Meow’s latest bout of bad luck, Xie Wen received an excited call from Morgans about another major news story.

• Dudu told Xie Wen that Klee Meow and Purah’s guards had driven off World Government agents who tried to take her, and she described how the attackers escaped aboard submarines.
• Xie Wen examined the weapons he had taken from Saint Bertrand and Saint Sest, finding that the Hunter’s Notes listed them as Hydra and Ibuki but showed no glow.
• Klee Meow spoke about Touma Meow’s tail cramps, triggering another cramp that made him injure his tail before Xie Wen healed him with an Angel Potion.
• Touma Meow apologized to Klee Meow and went to train with Meow Jūshirō, then tripped on the way.
