Klein walked over just then, patted him on the shoulder, and said with a gossipy look, "Edward, your relationship with Queen Mystic really isn't simple! I was wondering why she risked herself to go to the Forsaken Land of the Gods with you last time!"
Edward held his forehead. My relationship with Bernadette isn't simple, but... it might be very different from what you're imagining.
"You're overthinking it. I'm not even an adult yet, while Queen Mystic is a senior over a hundred years old. Going by age, I'm not even qualified to be her grandson. What kind of relationship do you think she could have with me?" Edward curled his lips. "Actually, we just have certain transactions involving mysticism. In short... she needs something from me."
Klein remained skeptical. "Does Miss Justice know about this?"
He grinned. "Edward, you wouldn't want Miss Audrey finding out about you and Queen Mystic, would you?"

Edward thought, My Japanese internet friend, tone it down a little!
After they returned to the cabins, the passing crew members all looked at Edward differently. Some were curious, some puzzled, some surprised, and most, of course, were afraid.
The feeling made Edward uncomfortable all over, so he simply said a word to Klein and went over to the pirate ship.
After he untied the ropes binding the pirates, most of them immediately chose to resist. Unfortunately, in the blink of an eye, they were bound again by chains transfigured from their clothes.
Only after he treated a few of the pirates to Crucio did the others gradually settle down amid their agonized wails.
Edward stood above them, looking down at the pirates kneeling all over the deck. "From now on, I'll be teaching you some precious, secret Beyonder knowledge. Those who know about this knowledge
