"No."
Lilith shook her head. "Maybe it was because she immediately used the Beyonder Characteristics I left behind to advance to Primordial Demoness. Maybe she sensed me, but thought I was just some lingering consciousness in the Beyonder Characteristics."
"Maybe Adam helped conceal me, maybe it was the good luck Will gave me, and maybe Amanises was involved too. But when I asked them later, none of them admitted it."
Edward asked in confusion, "But Krismona said you didn't seem to have much contact with the Evernight Goddess. Why would she help you?" Then he pressed further. "This time, she even helped you at the cost of falling asleep. Why? I don't believe she would do it simply out of 'kindness.'"
"Of course not~"
Lilith pursed her lips. "They're all more unscrupulous than the last. How could they possibly help for free? Still, everything Adam does is to resist the apocalypse, even though I really dislike his methods. But Amanises... resisting the apocalypse is just incidental. She's mostly doing it for her own ambitions."
She waved her hand. "We'll talk about that later. Where was I?"
Edward reminded her, "You were talking about splitting off a Horcrux when Cheek killed you and hiding it in her soul."
She nodded repeatedly. "Right! Right!"
"Thanks to the Horcrux, what remained of my soul was able to 'survive.' First, I found somewhere to hide for a few decades. Once I recovered a little, I got back in touch with Big Lilith. With her tacit permission, I usurped the Sanguine's faith in her name and made it through my weakest period. Of course, I didn't take their faith for nothing. During the
