At the deepest part of the hollow lay a vast expanse of something grayish-white and misty.

Black Ginny had enchanted her eyes, allowing her to discern even the finest details in the darkness. Thus, she could clearly see that it was a "nest" woven from thick spider silk!

"Aragog! Aragog!"

The huge spiders around her rubbed their enormous mouthparts together, actually producing syllables that sounded like human speech.

Yet in the gloom of the Forbidden Forest, this human speech only sounded more sinister and eerie.

"Tsk, tsk. I thought you were all inferior mongrels. Who knew there was a high-ranking one in the nest? Not a bad bloodline. It looks like that female spider had more going for her than just her size."

Black Ginny chuckled, paying no mind whatsoever to her eerie surroundings.

An enormous body slowly crawled out of that mistlike web "nest."

What a huge spider.

Even though Black Ginny had prepared herself, she was still a little surprised when she actually saw him.

The huge spider's body alone was the size of a small elephant. His body and legs were black with white markings, covered in long hair. On his enormous, hideous head was a great pair of pincers, which were clicking away.

He had eight eyes, but each was covered by a white film. Clearly, he had lost his sight completely.

"What is it? What happened?" The pincers before the gigantic spider's mouthparts clicked as he crawled out, yet at the same time, he could produce remarkably clear human speech.

Magical creatures capable of human speech were all high-ranking ones distinguished by their intelligence.

Black Ginny had not expected this huge spider to be capable of it too.

"Human!" replied a spider that, though smaller than the one that had just emerged, was still enormous.
