Use it well?
Harry looked at the familiar words in the familiar handwriting, a hundred feelings welling up at once.
In his first year, he had received the Invisibility Cloak from Dumbledore on Christmas Day. It had originally belonged to his father. From then on, he had gone from a well-behaved, rule-abiding boy (Hermione: ???) to a troublemaker who liked roaming the school at night.
And because of it, he had made a complete fool of himself in front of the Mirror of Erised.
Even now, thinking about it made Harry so embarrassed that he wanted to claw at the walls.
And now, seeing those familiar words and that handwriting again, Harry's first feeling was that Dumbledore was up to something again.
There was no doubt about that.
The Ravenclaw Diadem before them now was completely different from when they had last seen it.
Last time, they had seen a Diadem that had been made into a Horcrux, with terrifying magic attached to it. A single glance had been enough to make them feel uneasy and uncomfortable.
Harry had touched it then. The sensation had been quite something.
He had no doubt that, had it been any other student instead of him, or even a less capable adult wizard, they might have gone straight to meet Merlin.
He had only withstood that blow because his own soul was exceptionally powerful.
But now, that eerie feeling surrounding the Diadem had vanished.
Presumably, Dumbledore and the others had broken the terrifying Dark Magic originally attached to it.
From Harry's limited understanding, once something became a Horcrux, it seemingly could not be restored to its original state. But if Dumbledore was the one behind all this, that did not seem particularly surprising.
After all, Horcruxes had been invented hundreds, even thousands, of years
