After all, Vision was an intelligent life-form who had evolved from artificial intelligence, and his body was made of metal.
So he also understood that these beings who could copy Wanda probably could not copy mechanical life, but humans could be copied, even their abilities.
Vision could not imagine how they had done it.

Just as Vision hesitated, Morgan Stark spoke in some confusion.
"Mm, I'm here to see your father!"
Vision said with a smile.
"My dad's inside!"
Hearing Vision's words, Morgan Stark pushed the door open and went in.
Vision followed her and soon saw Tony Stark sitting at a computer.
Tony Stark picked Morgan Stark up and looked at Vision as he entered, somewhat surprised.
"Vision, what brings you here? How have you and Wanda been?"
Tony Stark naturally knew that Vision and Wanda were together, so he asked how the two of them were doing as soon as he spoke.
"I need to talk to you about something. It's very important!"
Hearing Tony Stark's words, Vision remembered something, and his expression grew grave.
Seeing how grave Vision looked, Tony Stark grew serious as well. He sent Morgan outside first, then shut the door.
"What's wrong? Vision, tell me what happened. Did something happen to Wanda?"
Wanda and Vision were so close. Since Vision had come alone, something must have happened.
Vision had been observing Tony Stark all along. His sensors and scans could not detect whether someone was still the person he originally knew, but their habits and expressions could give him a sense of it.
