Tony Stark ranked among the finest scientists on Earth.
He had built a reactor in a makeshift facility.
He had created powerful wearable armor, then later upgraded it to nanotech armor.
Naturally, building a device that could identify Skrulls was well within his capabilities.
Once Tony Stark finished making it, he tested Pepper Potts and Morgan and breathed a sigh of relief. Neither of them had been replaced.
Then he began checking the superheroes.
After all, if all the superheroes were still there, they stood a decent chance against the Skrulls.
But soon, a result emerged that shocked them.
Wasp, Ant-Man, Spider-Man, Black Panther, Captain America, Wanda, and others had all become Skrulls.
The only ones among them who had not been replaced were Tony Stark, Vision, and War Machine.
Even counting Pepper Potts, their fighting strength was pitifully weak.
After learning this, Tony Stark could not help feeling somewhat helpless.
"Tony, are you sure there's nothing wrong with this device?"
Even Vision wondered whether the device was at fault. It was simply too incredible.
"There's definitely nothing wrong with it!"
Tony Stark shook his head. As hard as it was to accept, this was the truth.
After learning the results, they soon contacted Nick Fury as well.
"Fury, what should we do now?"
Tony Stark frowned as he spoke after telling Nick Fury that the superheroes had been replaced.
"The problem is, we can't reach Thor either. With just the few of us, we're rather isolated!"
Nick Fury's expression was grave as well. Then he said, "We'll gather them together first, then take them all out!"
After all, only once they eliminated the threat behind them could they search for the superheroes.
"Fury, you're joking, right? How are the three of us supposed to handle all of them?"
