"You know me? Unfortunately, I have no memory of you, Foreigner."
Saint Jeanne d'Arc glanced at Karn and carefully searched her memories, but found nothing about him. She did, however, know his information: he belonged to the exceedingly rare Foreigner class.
Karn's appearance had been an accident in the Holy Grail War. During the summoning, a connection had inexplicably formed with somewhere beyond the Throne of Heroic Spirit, and Sakura Matou had summoned Karn as a Foreigner.
"So the change the Church mentioned was Ruler's appearance."
After speaking, Karn pondered the situation. The Holy Grail War, which had still been within his expectations, had suddenly changed. Saint Jeanne d'Arc was rather troublesome. She possessed two Command Spells for every Servant. Although Ruler's purpose was to safeguard the Holy Grail War, that might conflict with Karn's actions.

The church fell silent. Karn said nothing, and Jeanne d'Arc did not speak again either. Everyone else was considering what she had just said, while Rin Tohsaka tugged at the hem of Shirou Emiya's clothes with anger on her face.
Those two are the Servants who forced me out of the Holy Grail War.
Rin Tohsaka typed the message on her phone and showed it to Shirou Emiya. He was startled, then became thoroughly wary of Karn and Rider.
But Shirou Emiya and Rin Tohsaka also found something strange: Karn's and Rider's Masters had yet to appear, yet Jeanne d'Arc seemed completely unconcerned.
Or perhaps they had come but stayed outside the church, just like them.
After a while, Souichirou Kuzuki and Illyasviel von Einzbern also arrived at the church, but
