Anyone else hearing that would probably have rolled on the floor laughing.
In fact, if anyone else had said it, Netero would probably have let it go in one ear and out the other, not even bothering to respond.
But it was different coming from Dio.
Netero recalled how, not long ago, this unassuming young man before him had gotten the better of him in a little game. Nothing like that had happened to him in decades.
"It's just a bit troublesome right now. I'll definitely be able to do it in the future."
Dio didn't continue on that topic. Instead, he tossed out a few casual remarks to brush off old man Netero.
If they kept talking, he would inevitably have to bring up things he had no reason to know at present.
Although it wouldn't really matter if he exposed himself-after all, it was perfectly normal for Nen users to get their hands on all sorts of strange information-it was better to keep quiet, just to be safe.
Netero chuckled at that, gave Dio a meaningful look, and left him with one remark. "Boy, if you want to join this game, follow me."
With that, Netero flicked his wide sleeves, turned, and strode toward the door.
