"It was the work of a Nen user, wasn't it?"
Biscuit folded her arms and spoke bluntly.
It was most likely an Emission user playing tricks with a spatial ability.
Ciyutuo silently shook his head and said, "Although I don't know much about Nen users-and you may laugh, but the two who came down from the sky just now were already more powerful than anything I'd ever heard of."
"But that doesn't mean the officials investigating at the time knew nothing, either. Yet their investigation report still asserted that this was 'absolutely not something an individual could accomplish,' and the mystery remained unsolved even after the [Phantom City] incident."
"In fact, that [Shizai] Hotel was the largest and most famous intercontinental hotel in Dalatran. It had every kind of small facility imaginable, including a church in the distinctive Dalatran style."
"With that sort of setup, its total height was roughly half that of this [Hunter Association] headquarters building beneath our feet, while its footprint might have been several times larger, if not more-"
At this, the Hunters well acquainted with Nen Abilities exchanged glances.
If his description was accurate, a building like that was indeed enormous.
Moving it intact to another city a hundred kilometers away without any disturbance was something that, even with their experience, they could imagine only a rare handful of exceptional people accomplishing.
Even Silva frowned at this.
By his estimate, quite a few people could destroy such a building in a short time.
But teleport it instantly?
Probably only that "monster" back home could do that.
"Could it have been a [Cooperative Type]?"
Even so, Dio still felt it was more likely that Nen users were behind it. Perhaps one person's strength wasn't enough, but a special [Cooperative Type] Nen Ability would be another matter.
