Chapter 375: Monster Creation × Cycle × Tree Roots
With List's help, the two of them advanced considerably faster than Joey had on his own.
All kinds of monsters continued to spring from the Poplar Trees, but as they approached the spot List had marked as containing life, Joey's En failed to detect the person he was looking for.
Instead, within the range of his En, he sensed a monster with an extremely powerful presence.
Just then, List's voice came from the robot. "It's Dwun."
Joey was astonished. He simply could not see how a massive, dinosaur-like monster over ten meters tall could have anything to do with Dwun!
"Monster Creation. Dwun's ability." List seemed to notice Joey's surprise. As he offered that explanation, he was already charging toward Dwun.
Killer Queen kept moving, while Joey stood on the robot's shoulder without taking any action.
Monster Creation?
The term reminded him of the various special creatures on Greed Island that could turn into cards-strange things like one-eyed giants, enormous lizards, and horses that could release different bubbles.
Could Dwun have made all of those?
No wonder so many of them showed traces of Nen.
Would that make this a Conjuration ability? But how did Dwun do it?
This ought to be another ability involving Vows and Limitations. And where was Dwun now?
Joey's gaze swept over the giant beast fighting the monsters, and he soon spotted Dwun at the back of its neck.
