Mira nodded. After Mo Si had rescued her and reassured her, she had come to trust Mo Si and her decisions, so she lifted her cloak, revealing her Demon Hand.

Everyone in the guild reacted differently.

"Wow, is that Take Over Magic?"

"She can use Take Over Magic at her age!"

"It looks like a demon's power, too!"

"That's amazing!"

Unlike ordinary magic, Take Over Magic required the user to suppress the soul of the monster they had taken over. That demanded considerable willpower, and losing control could send them on a rampage. It was not something an ordinary child could manage.

Mira, Lisanna, and Elfman were astonished.

This harmless-looking old man, barely taller than a child, with white hair, a white beard, and a ridiculous jester's hat, was actually the master of this wizard guild.

"That's right! I'm this guild's master, Makarov. If you want to fix that arm, it's very simple..."

Beaming, Makarov spread his arms and called, "Join Fairy Tail!"

"..." The abrupt turn left Mira and the others at a loss for a moment.

"Take Over Magic lets you take on the power of monsters. You've taken on a demon's power. One of your arms has become demonic because you haven't mastered your Take Over Magic yet. If you want to solve that problem, join our guild!"

As he explained, Makarov gave her a playful wink and tempted her with a smile. "I'll find someone to teach you Take Over Magic, so your arm can return to normal as soon as possible~"

"Well..."

Mira instinctively hesitated.

Makarov looked at Lisanna and Elfman, smiling. "You two can join Fairy Tail as well."

Finally, he turned to Mo Si.

Staring at Mo Si's iron mask covering the upper half of her face, Makarov asked, "Are your eyes injured?"

"No." Mo Si shook her head.

Makarov asked again, "Then is there some special reason?"

Mo Si shook her head again.

Curious, Makarov asked, "Would you mind letting me take a look?"

"That's no problem." Without hesitating, Mo Si raised her right hand to her mask.

Mira, Lisanna, and Elfman all ran around in front of Mo Si.

Even they had never seen Mo Si's true face.

Seeing this, everyone in the guild craned their necks in anticipation.

Mo Si pushed the mask up onto her head, revealing a pair of sapphire-blue eyes. Their slightly sharp contours, paired with her delicate features, gave her a touch of bold elegance.

"She really is a beauty!"

Everyone cried out in surprise.

Makarov asked, "Such lovely eyes. Why cover them?"

Mo Si slid the mask back into place and chuckled. "Looks like you don't understand at all."

"Huh?" Makarov blinked.

Mo Si said, "It's the beauty of leaving something partly hidden. What you conceal creates a sense of mystery, and mystery makes a woman all the more womanly."

"..."

Makarov gave a few dry chuckles, thinking that this child certainly had ideas of her own. It looked like the guild was about to get even livelier.

Then Makarov asked, "So, would you like to join Fairy Tail?"

He had met countless people and could judge their character from their eyes, which was why he had invited Mira and the others straightaway.

After seeing Mo Si's eyes, he was certain she was trustworthy as well, so he extended the invitation to her too.

Mo Si nodded. "I'll join. I want to learn magic, too."

Seeing that, Mira nodded as well. "All right, I'll join too."

Lisanna and Elfman followed suit, both saying they would join.

"Hohoho!"

Makarov laughed heartily, then turned and pointed one hand skyward, declaring, "Children, today we have some new family members! They are..."

At that point, he looked back at Mo Si and the others, signaling for them to introduce themselves.

Mo Si, Mira, Lisanna, and Elfman all stepped forward and gave their names.

"Mo Si."

"Mirajane."

"Lisanna."

"Elfman."

Makarov smiled in satisfaction. "Introductions complete! I hereby declare... let's party!"

"Yeah!"

The guild immediately erupted in cheers.

Makarov smiled. "Mo Si, Mira, Lisanna, Elfman, welcome to Fairy Tail!"

"Where would you like your mark? You can choose the color, too."

Makarov asked the question while holding the Fairy Tail emblem stamp.

Mo Si thought for a moment, then raised both hands and parted her ample breasts.

"!"

Makarov's eyes widened, and he sucked in a sharp breath.

Does she want it there?

How bold!

Mo Si lowered her hands and said, "My left arm. In white."

"..." Makarov was speechless.

What an ordinary spot.

"Oh, your wings... are those Take Over Magic, too?"

Only then did Makarov notice the wings on Mo Si's back. He had initially assumed they were decorations, but now he realized they actually grew from her back. He took them for another side effect of poorly controlled Take Over Magic.

Mo Si said, "No, they're part of my body."

She even fluttered her wings as she spoke.

"I'm an angel."

"..." Makarov stared blankly.

A moment later, a white Fairy Tail emblem appeared on Mo Si's left arm, marking her official membership in Fairy Tail.

Even though she did not know any magic yet...

Putting away the stamp, Makarov asked, "Mo Si, have you all found somewhere to live? If not, the guild has dormitories."

Mo Si did not have a single penny to her name. How could she possibly have found somewhere to live? She promptly chose the guild dormitory.

The guild dormitory was a multistory building behind the guild. The accommodations were neither good nor bad, and every room had its own toilet and bathroom, along with a complimentary set of toiletries.

"I can finally get some rest."

Mo Si picked a room in the women's dormitory to serve as her bedroom from then on, then went into the bathroom and undressed.

Apart from her eight wings, which she could not remove, she took off everything that could come off.

Although a Digimon's clothing appeared during evolution and effectively formed part of its body, it could still be removed. Gabumon in the first series, for instance, had taken off its pelt.

After a shower, Mo Si waited for the bathtub to fill, then lay down in it, letting the water cover her entire body.

"This feels so nice..."

Mo Si narrowed her eyes. After enjoying a moment of quiet, her thoughts turned to magic.

Fairy Tail had all sorts of magic: Elemental Magic, Space-Time Magic, Soul Magic, and everything in between.

She wondered whether she, an Angewomon, could learn magic from the world of Fairy Tail.

Tomorrow, I'll go learn the basics of magic with Mira and the others. Then I'll find out. Hopefully, my aptitude won't be too bad.

As her thoughts wandered, Mo Si shifted her attention to her own body. She raised her right leg and watched her delicate toes amid the sound of dripping water, unable to stop a wicked thought from forming.

What a beautiful body.

Mo Si jolted, and her skin, flushed pink from her own play, quickly returned to its fair complexion.

Sukamon and Scumon were products of failed evolution. Since this was evolution, that much made sense.

But why would a successful evolution still leave me at the Ultimate level? Angewomon is already an Ultimate. Shouldn't I become a Mega after evolving?

"Could it be that I don't meet the requirements to become an Ultimate, so I can only evolve within the same level?"

But even so, why ZombieSatanmon and Myotismon? Shouldn't it be LadyDevimon?

The protagonist stays single in this novel.
