He asked, "Where are we now?"

The moment her words fell, a bang rang out. The Spirit Ship seemed to have suffered a heavy blow, and the entire vessel shook violently.

"Spirit Ship ahead, stop at once! Otherwise, don't blame us for destroying it!" A shrill voice came from below.

"They're the minor demons of Laoshan," Moon Picking Fairy said, her expression changing slightly.

As the enormous Spirit Ship slowly came to a halt in the void, several violent bangs sounded in succession.

These rats had already become demons. They walked on two legs and wore colorful silks, stolen from who knew where.

They also carried chopping blades nearly as large as their bodies over their shoulders, each one looking immensely imposing.

"Moon Picking Fairy, our boss would like to invite you over for a gathering," one of the rats said in a sleazy voice.

"Who is your boss?" Moon Picking Fairy asked with a frown.

"You really do forget things easily, don't you? You don't even remember the Scale Rat King?" the rat replied smugly.
