Standee displays of a blade-wielding adventurer and a Stonehide Lawachurl faced off at the entrance. A young shop assistant was wiping them down.
"Hello, I'm here to see your boss." Li Qiuzhi greeted the assistant.
"Ah, hello. Our boss isn't here yet. Please wait a moment."
The young assistant stopped what he was doing and turned to explain.
"...All right, I'll wait, then." Li Qiuzhi nodded.
Dori liked running around finding people to do business with, so he could imagine that even after opening a card shop, she would only look after it herself for the first few days at most, then hire someone to manage it.
Before long, Dori, who was short and looked like a little girl, came over with a spring in her step. A scholar in Akademiya attire followed behind her.

"Hello." Li Qiuzhi smiled and nodded.
"Whew, after working tirelessly all yesterday afternoon, I finally persuaded him and Gulab, who's in the hospital and couldn't conveniently come over. They said they're willing to license Genius Invokation TCG to you, so he's here to discuss the licensing fee."
Dori spoke, though for some reason she looked rather rueful.
"Of course, a licensing fee is only natural. How would you prefer to receive it, Mr. Gavivitā? We can pay in installments or make a one-time payment."
