As the Tarot Club members held their breath, absorbed in their own grand imaginings, Klein noticed Leonard sitting with his head lowered in silence. Assuming his companion had failed to understand because he did not know who Adam was, he glanced at Leonard and said succinctly:
"Adam is the Ancient Sun God's child, the brother of Amon the Blasphemer."
Leonard's contemplative state was immediately shattered, and he looked at the World in disbelief.
Amon had left an extremely deep impression on him. In fact, the descriptions given by the old man, Pallez Zoroast, had left him with a severe psychological shadow regarding that existence. And Adam was actually Amon's brother, very likely on the same level of terror!
The World ignored the Star's reaction and continued:
"We can currently confirm that Adam is one of the eight Kings of Angel. His title is the Angel of Imagination, and He stands alongside Amon, the Angel of Time.
"His goal was to obtain 0-08 and fill the gap in His path to godhood, but His plan failed."
Leonard froze for a moment.
Becoming a god.
Obtaining 0-08.
The old man seemed to have mentioned that once 0-08 escaped, it would attract Adam, the Angel of Imagination, at some point. This 'attraction' referred to the aggregation of extraordinary characteristics. Once it left its seal, this Grade 0 Sealed Artifact would inevitably draw closer and closer to Adam...
This was the most seamless method. All it required was someone to take 0-08 out.
He no longer entertained any other thoughts. "...So Adam had actually been waiting for 0-08 all along?"
Gehrman Sparrow felt that something seemed off about Leonard's tone,
