An unfamiliar voice and a set of coordinates entered Death's mind directly. The giant serpent coiled beside the river abruptly raised his body and looked up at the Spirit World's sky in bewilderment and suspicion.
"Door?"
He demanded an answer, but no one replied.

Influenced by the River of Eternal Darkness's Sefirah aura, Calderón City had experienced no doors opening in the mystical sense.
Death had barely received Azik and the others' report that "the suspected True God of the Door pathway, Bethel Abraham, has returned," along with prayers from his living subjects terrified by the phenomenon, when he heard the voice in his mind and received the suddenly appearing Spirit World coordinates.
Some of Death's remaining believers on the Northern Continent were also praying over similar events.
"The worldwide phenomenon of doors opening surpassed my Beyonder abilities... He delivered information and Spirit World coordinates directly into my mind, bypassing my will, which proves he's stronger than me... Bethel Abraham must have returned!"
As a seasoned old hand who had survived until the end of the Fourth Epoch, Salinger figured everything out in an instant.
