Dolliv and Purrloin were also starving, while Riolu and Grovyle beside them looked as though they could still hold out.
After all, going hungry because there was nothing to eat was common when exploring dungeons, so the two of them had long since grown used to enduring hunger-
"Sorry, sorry. I got so caught up in the kitchen that I lost track of time.
Dig in, everyone. I made all of this myself.
There's curry rice, hamburger steak, egg fried rice, and pudding and little cakes too."
"Bri!" Hattrem was the first to rush over to the table. Her eyes lit up at the sight of all the food!
Usually, during her travels, she simply conjured bread and biscuits with magic to fill her stomach. They could ease her hunger, but they had no flavor at all.
Aside from occasionally shamelessly acting cute to score a meal, she rarely got to eat proper food.
"Bri~" Hattrem happily picked up a spoon and eagerly scooped some curry rice into her mouth.
The rich aroma of curry burst across her tongue, and Hattrem's beady eyes went wide.
She had never tasted such delicious food. Every grain of rice was coated in just the right amount of sauce, and the carrots and potatoes had been stewed until tender and flavorful. It tasted like magic!
"Bri! Bri-bri!" She excitedly waved her little spoon, almost wanting to bury her entire face in the plate.
Tong Hua could not help smiling at the sight of Hattrem wolfing down her food. He turned to the other Pokémon and found that everyone was enjoying their meals
