Inside the Earl Hall's Luxury Villa in Empress Borough.

"Susie, are you ready?" In a rather pleasant mood Audrey changed into some casual clothes, planning to give herself a good day off.

During lunch, she learned from her exhausted father that thanks to her advance warning, yesterday's Catastrophe had been successfully resolved.

Although she didn't receive any substantial reward, Audrey knew that it would be transferred to her father in the form of greater attention from the church and political resources. In addition, since her original purpose was not a reward, this did not affect Miss Justice's pleasure at all.

She planned to take her pet dog for a walk, and then have afternoon tea with Melanie, the Duke Negan's youngest daughter, Christine, and others.

--The kind of discussion is for women only, focusing on clothing design and jewelry.

If she has time when she gets back in the evening, she'll read "Great Detective Sherlock"; Susie said the Volume Two book is quite good.

"Woof!"

The Golden Dog, Susie, barked excitedly, indicating that she was fine.

"Set off!"

Audrey gently clenched her fist and walked forward with graceful steps.

The Golden Dog shook its head and hurriedly followed.

Behind them, their personal Maid Annie and the others, who were following at a distance, exchanged glances, each seeing a mixture of amusement and helplessness in the other's eyes.

In fact, if they hadn't been there, Audrey thinks she would most likely have shouted, "Let's go, Miss Detective and her big dog assistant!"

But she was about to become an adult, and her sense of shame wouldn't allow her to do it in public.

It rained for most of yesterday, but the weather cleared up today.

It was the time of day when the sun was at its brightest, and the warm feeling made Audrey feel even better, which in turn made her hate the Evil God who had ruined everything even more.

"Praise Mr. Fool."

"Under His leadership, the Tarot Club has once again thwarted the Evil God's plot!" Audrey prayed Justice in her heart.

Suddenly, she heard Susie scream in alarm:

Woof woof woof!

Audrey paused for a moment, then quickened her pace.

Soon, she saw her pet Golden Dog, and the big, shiny black dog beside her that kept circling and wagging its tail.

I read excitement, joy, and... shyness in its expression? The "Telepathist" lady, who was subconsciously observing the other person, was stunned.

Then, she couldn't help but smile and let her imagination run wild:

"This black dog seems to be pursuing Susie..."

"Uh, I've read similar emotions in Miss ' The Magician ' several times... Could it be that Fors has met a man she likes?"

Lost in her own thoughts, Audrey ignored the pleading look in the pet dog's eyes and stopped the Maid who were about to shoo the black dog away.

She looked at the two dogs with a smile, as if she were watching a spectacle.

"Audrey, you've changed..." The Golden Dog, understanding its owner's emotions, stared at the big black dog in front of it with a resentful, aggrieved, and disgusted expression.

Ugh, get out of here!

"Woof!"

The black dog spat out what it was carrying in its mouth, barked softly, and squatted down on the ground with a human-like expression and expectant eyes.

"Uh... those look like dog biscuits?" Audrey paused for a few seconds upon seeing this, then couldn't help but turn to her personal Maid and ask.

Annie was equally surprised and nodded slightly. "It seems so... and it seems to be the brand you often buy."

"Goddess..." Audrey couldn't help but slap her forehead.

Looking at her restless pet dog and the pitiful black dog staring at Susie, she made a decision in a flash of inspiration:

"Annie, you go feed them... never mind, I'll go."

Audrey ordered the Maid to stand still and wait, then slowly walked towards the two dogs, bent down to unpack the biscuits, and fed them to Susie.

The big black dog grinned, as if it were laughing.

It gave Audrey a grateful look, barked, and ran away.

Goddess above, its eyes just now seemed to be saying thank you to me... Audrey looked down at her pet dog and said with a wry smile:

"It seems like it came specifically to deliver snacks..."

"Susie, tell me honestly, when did you secretly find a boyfriend while I wasn't looking? And you've been keeping it from me all this time, huh?"

Susie, who was enjoying her meal, couldn't help but show a look of horror:

"Woof?!"

The Church of the God of Steam and Machinery, underground structure.

"You wanted to see me?" Ikanser Bernard asked in a low voice, drawing Horamick Archbishop Triangular Sacred Emblem on his chest.

Horamick nodded slightly.

"Although you only just returned to Backlund from out of town this morning, you must already know about the Catastrophe that happened in the East Borough and the Factory District yesterday?"

Ikanser Bernard nodded, not interrupting the Archbishop's speech.

Horamick continued:

"According to the current investigation results, the mastermind behind this Catastrophe is Altair, Believer of Evil God who was previously wanted by the authorities."

"We need to use the power of the Sealed Artifact '2-111' to pinpoint his location."

Fear flashed in Ikanser Bernard's eyes as she spoke softly:

"Good.

"I will return it to the treasury immediately."

"No." Horamick shook his head slightly. "No need to hand it over. I know you're the most skilled person in ' Machinery Hivemind ' at dealing with it."

Upon hearing this, Ikanser Bernard felt something inside her gently shatter.

He nodded resignedly, and as if by Trick, pulled out an ancient silver mirror with strange patterns from his pocket, gently stroking it three times with his right hand.

He paused briefly, took a deep breath, and asked:

"Dear Arrodes, my question is, where is Altair, the Believer Evil God the Catastrophe in the East Borough and the Factory District?"

As soon as the words were spoken, the lights in the underground room suddenly dimmed, and the surface of the silver mirror shimmered with water, revealing a scene:

A tall, blond man was kneeling in a dark space, with a Dark Gold book placed on the Altar in front of him.

Archbishop Horamick narrowed his eyes, a cold glint in them. "Ask it again where this is, whether it's in Backlund?"

Ikanser Bernard nodded, but did not ask a question immediately.

He waited patiently.

Until one by one, words as bright red as blood were outlined on the mirror:

"Based on the principle of reciprocity, it's my turn to ask questions. If you lie or cannot answer, you will either accept the task I assign or be punished."

The bright red handwriting seemed to come alive, quickly moving and forming new combinations:

"Horamick Hayden asked you to use me to find the whereabouts of the Evil God, instead of using me yourself. Do you harbor any resentment?"

"Or rather, have you ever had the urge to punch him hard in the face?"
